~ in this course, we also have to do two assignment. first assigment is literature review. the second assignment is solving the problem using programming C++.

Wa, start next year SPM students only can register maximum 10 subjects only...
Education minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin announced from next year onward, student are allow to register maximum 10 subjectss only in SPM. That mean from next year onward, we will not see student record 'breaking' result in SPM. The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), or Malaysia Certificate of Education, is a national examination taken by all fifth form student in Malaysia. Its well known as nation's most important exam when it determine Malaysian students future in looking for jobs or securing a place for next stage ofr education for example Pre-U, matriculation and college and etc.
I welcome the cabinet decision to limit the number of subjects to be taken in SPM. At the same time quota system shoud be abolished, merit system should to be practiced at the first place. Besides that, 10 subjects limitation will help student to be more focus on their major field. Science stream students only focus on their subjecdts, the same situation to Arts stream, Sport Science, Techinical studies, foreign languages, Information and Communication Technology, Religios study and much more. Let them emphasis on their favourite field in order to deliver best performance. Or nation surely benefits a lot if such exam rules carried out, we can produce more experts and professionals in varios sectors.
What is novel H1N1 (swine flu)?
Novel H1N1 (referred to as "swine flu' early on) is a new influenza virus causing illness in people. This new virus was first detected in people in the United States in April 2009. This virus is spreding from person-to-person worldwide, probably in much the same way that regular seasonal influenza viruses spread. On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) signaled that a pandemic of novwl H1N1 flu was underway.
What are the signs and symptons of this virus in people?
- fever, cough, sore throat, runny, stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills,fatigue
A significant number of people who have been infected eith this virus also have reported diarrhea and vomitting. Severe illness and death has occured as a result of illness assocated with this virus.
Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
~* cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
~* Wash your hand often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaner are also effective.
~* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
~* Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
~* If you are sick with flu-like illness, you should stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone except to get medical care or for other necessities(your fevershould be gone without the use of a fever-reducing medicine). Keep away from others as much as possible to keep from making others sick.

Hi, my name is Tong Lian Zi. Now, i'm final year student. For the first semester, I had learned the programming language in C. C is a structured, general purpose, procedural language developed at Bell Laboratories. For the programming C, I had learn the basic (concept) of the programming C and learn how to write the coding for the C. In the semester 2, I had learned the programming language in Java. Java is object-oriented language invented at Sun Microsystems. It may be used to develop stand-alone application that operate on a single computer, application that run over the Internet from a Web server, and applets that run in a Web browser. In this semester, I had known the basic of the Java and know the coding of the Java. In the third semester, I had learned programming C++ in data structure. C++ is based on the C language; it often object-oriented features not found in C. C++ was also invented at Bell Laboratories. Besides this, I had learned Database. In database, I had learned how to develop web-based system using PHP. For the fourth semester, I had talked software engineering subject. This subject had introduced about the stages involved in software development process. This syllabus includes software requirements and specifications, software design techniques, software testing, documentations and maintenance. For the fifth semester, I had take advance software engineering subject. In this subject, I know how conduct a web application development project and plan web application development project. Besides this, I had take web technology course. In this course, I had understood the major protocols for internetworking and perform basic website design, basic client side programming and basic server side programming. I also had take ICT project Management course. In this subject, I had understood the genesis of project management and it’s important to improving the success of information technology project. Besides this, I had learned how to use project management tools to manage ICT project and apply project management concepts by working on a group project.

Introduction:
Database is used to store data. There are a lot of data types such as document, picture & so on. Between these types of data, we can categorize the data according their characteristic, such as contains as text based or semantic based. When storing the data into the database, the user need to store the data according these characteristic but how the user determine which data belong to which categories.
There are abandon documents on web. How do we categorize them? Normally, we categorize them by text based or semantic based, but the term and semantic. As we know term and semantic both are very important in summarizes and cluster the documents. This is because text may have different meaning, it can grouping in more than one group. Therefore, the user needs a method to help them to determine more accurate and the point above. Clustering is suitable method to solve this problem. By using clustering, we can summarization the articles based on terms and its semantics.
Problem Background:
Nowadays, there are many systems that are designed to summarize / cluster articles based on term but not semantic. As we know term and semantic both are very important in summarizes and cluster the articles. The provide facilities terms and semantic can help the user to summarizes / cluster their articles based on terms and its semantics.
Objectives:
The objectives of this research are to
1.Implement a system that summarization / cluster articles based on terms and its semantics
-To assist user to categorize articles based on term and semantic
2.Provide a user friendly system for the user to categorize their articles based on term and semantic
3.Study the optimization of weights for term and semantic in clustering the articles
Scope of objective:
1.Use the algorithm to design a system to help the user summarizes / cluster articles based on terms and its semantics. The algorithm should categorize the user articles based on term and semantic.
2.Develop an interface friendly system for the user to categorize their articles based on term and semantic. Through the interface friendly system, the user can easily understand how the system works.
3.Study the optimization of weights for term and semantic in clustering the articles. Identify term, semantic and term & semantic which one is the best in clustering the articles.
