Title:
Term-Semantic Based Data Summarization Approach to Cluster Documents

Introduction:
Database is used to store data. There are a lot of data types such as document, picture & so on. Between these types of data, we can categorize the data according their characteristic, such as contains as text based or semantic based. When storing the data into the database, the user need to store the data according  these characteristic but how the user determine which data  belong to which categories.
There are abandon documents on web. How do we categorize them? Normally, we categorize them by text based or semantic based, but the term and semantic. As we know term and semantic both are very important in summarizes and cluster the documents. This is because text may have different meaning, it can grouping in more than one group. Therefore, the user needs a method to help them to determine more accurate and the point above. Clustering is suitable method to solve this problem. By using clustering, we can summarization the articles based on terms and its semantics.

Problem Background:
Nowadays, there are many systems that are designed to summarize / cluster articles based on term but not semantic. As we know term and semantic both are very important in summarizes and cluster the articles. The provide facilities terms and semantic can help the user to summarizes / cluster their articles based on terms and its semantics.

Objectives:
The objectives of this research are to

1.Implement a system that summarization / cluster articles based on terms and its semantics
-To assist user to categorize articles based on term and semantic
2.Provide a user friendly system for the user to categorize their articles based on term and semantic
3.Study the optimization of weights for term and semantic in clustering the articles

Scope of objective:
1.Use the algorithm to design a system to help the user summarizes / cluster articles based on terms and its semantics. The algorithm should categorize the user articles based on term and semantic.
2.Develop an interface friendly system for the user to categorize their articles based on term and semantic. Through the interface friendly system, the user can easily understand how the system works.
3.Study the optimization of weights for term and semantic in clustering the articles. Identify term, semantic and term & semantic which one is the best in clustering the articles.
